2008: What an AMAZING year!

In June 2008, my husband (Richard) decided that it was time to quit his job and join me in the salon as a full-time Manager. Although I have an Office Assistant, other aspects of managing the business for me became increasingly difficult, since I was busy all day working with my clients. That is why, I was so excited when Richard analyzed our business and implemented effective changes. He saw the need to computerize our appointment booking and cashing-out system, create an online booking system, create informative salon brochures, develop a more effective marketing campaign, and also redesign our reception and waiting area. The redesign has provided our Office Staff with a more productive working environment and our clients with a more relaxing waiting area while they drink their coffee, water, tea or wine. We have received so many compliments on our new look. Many clients have let us know how relaxing our salon is, and how they truly feel at home here. Richard has truly taken our business to the next level.

2008 was definetly a year where our business experienced a lot of amazing growth and change. Naomi's Hair & Makeup Team continued to grow, and we now have a total of 13 artists with the company. I'm truly blessed to be working alongside such amazing and talented ladies, and the constant positive feedback that I receive from satisfied clients makes me value them even more!! We also worked with over 500 brides this year. Many of those brides left us with such beautiful memories of their special day. It truly is special to work with brides, and they remind us of why are jobs are so fulfilling and worthwhile!
